I’m Danella and I am thrilled to live, work and play in the Sunshine State! After more than sixteen years of navigating real estate for myself and others, I know firsthand that moving and relocating can be stressful and that's where I come in. My goal is for you to be able to sit back, relax and trust me to make your buying and selling experiences simple and seamless.

When marketing your home to sell, I'll present it in the best light possible, with luxury photography and content. I consider myself a realistic optimist and will always look for a solution. I chose a career in real estate because I have a passion for meeting people and helping them accomplish their goals of homeownership. This drives my consultative, enthusiastic, detailed approach to understanding my clients' needs, wants & qualifications. From there, I help them locate the home that is just right for them or sell their home so they can take the next steps in their lives. 

I have become a huge fan of Florida living and the Tampa Bay area truly has so much to offer. From the incredible white sand beaches to the plethora of museums, restaurants, and parks, there is so much to explore and enjoy.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and kids, entertaining family and friends, volunteering, or getting outside and trying something new.
